International Journal of Ethnosport
and Traditional Games

The International Journal of Ethnosport and Traditional Games founded in 2019 by the Russian Heritage Institute on the proposal of the International non-governmental organization World Ethnosport Society. The journal is a network semiannual peer-reviewed scientific publication. The journal is published in two official UN languages – Russian and English:

The Editorial Board of the journal autonomously select and review articles, correspond with authors, establish contacts and interact with library and scientometric organizations, as well as various associations of scientists. E-mail to contact: to@ethnosport.org

The mission of the journal is to publish the results of scientific research on anthropology, cultural studies and economics of ethnosport and traditional games. The editorial policy is in line with UNESCO programs for the preservation of intangible cultural heritage, dialogue of cultures and the promotion of cultural diversity for the sustainable development of society.

The journal interacts with universities and research centers, government agencies and non-governmental organizations.

The feature of the journal is the dynamic nature of the formation of numbers. Immediately after the approval of the editorial articles are published on the website of the journal. The number of articles in the issue is not regulated. The Editorial Board sets at its deadlines for the reception of articles in the issues.

Authors can send articles in any of the official languages of the publication – Russian or English, the translation is done by the Editorial Board of the journal or by the author himself. Publication of articles for authors is free. Mandatory review of articles is made by the Editorial Board.

The journal texts are open access, allowed to use under the terms of the CC BY-SA. The articles are assigned a unique DOI code. The journal is indexed in scientometric and bibliographic databases:
